I have a weird attitude... last week when I was at the gym training boxing, every time there's someone besides me that looks smelly with his sweat, even that I already know that  he smells bad.. I intentionally smell him hihhih so that I will know how bad his odor was... The other day when I was at our stall, my brother told me that the comfort room smells really bad because of the toilet bowl full of...... when I went to the comfort room, again I intentinally smell the air of the CR heheehe

Approximately 80 days from now my wife will give birth to our first kid. As of today my preggy wife is exactly 29 weeks pregnant and based on my researches, My baby's muscles and lungs will continue to develop and mature during  pregnancy at 29 weeks and the weeks ahead. My baby's brain is also developing and maturing, with billions of neurons forming daily. My baby requires more nutrition than ever from 29 weeks pregnant and beyond, so it is important that my wife do everything possible to eat well and get plenty of sleep during this important developmental period!

Starting today, we better eat a well balance diet for the benefits of our baby.  More fruits, vegetables, milk, beans, nuts and less fatty food.

Exercise is not just for Olympic hopefuls or supermodels. In fact, you're never too unfit, too young or too old to get started. Regardless of your age, gender or role in life, you can benefit from regular physical activity. If you're committed, exercise in combination with a sensible diet can help provide an overall sense of well-being and can even help prevent chronic illness, disability and premature death. Some of the benefits of increased activity are:
Improved Health

* increased efficiency of heart and lungs
* reduced cholesterol levels
* increased muscle strength
* reduced blood pressure
* reduced risk of major illnesses such as diabetes and heart disease
* weight loss

Improved Sense of Well-Being

* more energy
* less stress
* improved quality of sleep
* improved ability to cope with stress
* increased mental acuity

Improved Appearance

* weight loss
* toned muscles
* improved posture

Enhanced Social Life

* improved self-image
* increased opportunities to make new friends
* increased opportunities to share an activity with friends or family
members

Increased Stamina

* increased productivity
* increased physical capabilities
* less frequent injuries
* improved immunity to minor illnesses

I'm married! I cooked dinner for my wife for the whole week and she was the one cleaning the mess in the kitchen hehehe... I do the laundry( with authomatic  washing machine) and she do the ironing.

According to the church one reason why we get married is to make sex legal. right now, I'm enjoying every moment of it. Unlimited SEX everynight, That's the best part of being married...

What makes coffee sweet? Sugar? WRONG! It's the stirring that you do after you add the sugar... As in life, it's what you do with what you have that makes your life worth living..

A little bird was flying in winter. The bird froze and fell to the ground. A cow came by and dropped some dung on it. The bird realized how warm it was and began to sing for joy. A passing cat heard the bird singing and dug him out and ate the bird.

What's the moral of the story???

1. Not everyone who drops shit on you is your enemy.

2. Not everyone who gets you out of the shit is your friend.

3. When you are in deep shit, keep your mouth shut.

I am getting married next month, by now everything is set and ready. I have a newly renovated house with modern Zen as its motif (very oriental). I have some abstract paintings, some Japanese flower arrangement, 14 inches high bed, the color of the house and furnitures varies from dark brown, light brown, beige, mocca, green and orange. I'm very satisfied with the work of my designer, the place is cozy, simple and nice.

Last Sunday, My future brother in law brought my fiancee's things into our house, it was a chinese tradition called "KE TSNG" or dowry. Everything comes in red from bed comforter, lantern, luggages etc etc... A cousin of my fiancee was spreading tea leaves at the same time  chanting  " lang be kaw, ien suy kaw". Chinese customs and tradition..Hay....!!  the cozyness, the beauty and the simplicity of our house was gone...

Traditional chinese people  just can't appreciate modern designed house. Abstract paintings, they want paintings with eight horses or river and  mountain. Fourteen inches high bed, almost all my older visitors gave negative comments to that bed. Flower arrangement, again negative reactions from these traditional chinese visitors.

I'm not saying that all traditional chinese  people are like that... There are still some few modern thinking traditional chinese people like my mom and my dad and some of my aunties...

Every time I bring home a girl into our house, my mom always don't like them. How can I settle for someone if mom is like that....? One day I bring Susie home, her face was not so beautiful but my mom likes her so much because Susie was like a younger version of my mom. They have the same attitude, same physical features.. in short they were like a watermelon cut into two. Last night I introduced Susie to my dad... My dad reacted violently and said " no no no not her Jerry look for another girl" hahahahaha I will be single forever
